Aptly named for a historic waterway, St. Lawrence Lodge is a new modern 224-bed municipally-owned Long Term Care Home located on the banks of the St. Lawrence River at the eastern boundary of the Thousand Islands and the City of Brockville, Ontario.
Established in 1967, our Nation’s Centennial year, the original building opened its doors in 1970. Our Home operates in partnership with the City of Brockville, the United Counties of Leeds/Grenville, the Town of Prescott, the Town of Gananoque, and in conjunction with the Provincial Ministry of Health and Long-Term care, and the South East Local Health Integrated Network (SE LHIN).
The St. Lawrence Lodge is resolutely committed to the compassionate attention, care, and well-being of our residents; and along with it, the comfort and peace of mind of the family members and friends connected to all who reside with us.
Yet more than the acclaimed services and amenities for which we, too, are known, it is our belief in the true spirit of care that sets us apart. Genuine, authentic, and true, it comes from the soul. Given willingly, passionately, and unconditionally from us all, by its very nature we stand to be measured.
Our Home celebrates resident life as it is being lived today in an environment that enables an optimal level of independence, choice, and individuality.
For Which We Stand
For all of our stakeholders, and especially to you who seek to open the next chapter in the lives of a loved one, we are pleased to extend our promise.
